Virtual Qigong Practice Group

Experience the power of group qigong practice and healing in my Virtual Qigong Practice Group. When we practice together, our individual energy combines to raise the vibration for shared restoration and renewal. Through breathing techniques, mindful movement, and group meditation, we support each other's journey toward complete balance and healing.

This practice is 1hr consisting of 30mins of gentle movement standing, sitting, or lying down; and 15-30mins of healing meditation.

Qigong is for every body. No prior experience needed. Registration required.

Note: You may arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Bring water to “charge” energy during meditation. Wear socks and comfortable clothing for gentle movement. Feel free to bring any additional items that will support you during your practice and meditation such as a yoga mat, blanket, meditation cushion, or chair.
