This practice is 1hr consisting of 30mins of gentle movement standing, sitting, or lying down; and 15-30mins of healing meditation. *Qigong is for every body. No prior experience needed.
Note: You may arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Bring water to “charge” during meditation. Wear socks and comfortable clothing for gentle movement. A yoga mat and blanket will be provided. There are chairs available. Feel free to bring any additional items that will support you during your practice and meditation.
