Join certified Qigong practitioner and healer, Kari Petersen, for a unique series of 90 minute Qigong events. Qigong is a deeply satisfying healing practice that integrates mindful awareness, focused breathing, and gentle flowing movements to develop greater inner awareness, relax deeply, and wake your body’s own healing potential.
You’ll learn simple, powerful techniques you can use on your own to deepen your mind-body connection, down-regulate your nervous system, and continue your healing journey.
Each of these special events will focus on a unique topic, and includes gentle warm-ups, core Qigong movements, breathing techniques, and will close with group meditation and personalized healing. Additionally, you’ll leave with “charged” water specific to what you personally are healing from - physically, emotionally, or spiritually.
Qigong is for every body - you can do the entire practice standing, sitting, or lying down. No prior experience necessary. All are welcome.

Note: You may arrive 5-10 minutes early to connect and settle in. Bring water to “charge” energy during meditation. Wear socks and comfy clothes for gentle movement. You are welcome to bring any additional items you find support you during practice and meditation. You may wish to bring your own yoga mat, otherwise there are yoga mats, blankets, and chairs available.
