Today’s class fee will be donated towards mutual aid groups working to support our community. Join me and experience the power of group qigong practice and healing. When we practice together, our individual energy combines to raise the vibration for shared restoration and renewal. Through synchronized breath, mindful movement, and group qigong meditation, we support each other's journey toward complete balance and healing.
This practice is 1hr consisting of 30mins of gentle movement standing, sitting, or lying down; and 20-30mins of healing meditation. Qigong is for every body. No prior experience needed.
Note: You may arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Bring water to “charge” during meditation. Wear socks and comfortable clothing for gentle movement. Bring a yoga mat if you have, otherwise we have mats available. A blanket will be provided. There are chairs available. Feel free to bring any additional items that will support you during your practice and meditation.
